I use their drive thru a lot.. It seems to be the busiest one in town because of its convenient location. The service is friendly, and they have never messed anything up. Sometimes it's slow but that's only when it's super busy- otherwise, they are fast and efficient.

Don't even attempt to go through the drive through if you are pressed for time. They are slower than molasses. Every. Single. Time. I go. Be sure to give yourself 15-20 minutes for the drive through so you're not late.

Service was super-ADD and rude. The guy was all over the place and wouldn't complete taking our order, so the people in line were glaring at us as if it was our fault. I was visiting from Virginia and go to Starbucks multiple times a week, and this was not what I'm used to.

My husband and I love walking to Uptown Station and everyone is always nice! But today I walked in and a girl named Kassandra was very rude and mean! I don't know what her problem was but she refused to get my order right. I have never had any problems before. But I will make sure I avoid going there when she is working.

Fast and friendly service. Went inside. Not drive thru. I was greeted by a very polite and friendly girl. She took my order promptly and was professional. Coffee was exactly as I ordered.

I drink Starbucks every day. I went to this one 3 days in a row thinking it would get better. I got the Oatmeal from the drive through the first day, it was pretty much oatmeal soup. The top says steep for 5 minutes so I waited 5 minutes and it still looked like soup o I went in to ask for another one. The lady there looked at me and said "ooookay" then she turned around and kept talking to this guy about her boyfriend. Rude. I went again the next day, same lady was working in drive through - I ordered an Iced Coffee with cream and classic syrup. Well I got it with just cream and asked for her to add sugar in it. She was rude and said that I didn't ask for sweetner. 3rd time, I ordered the same thing, this time it was a different lady but she didn't give me cream OR sugar. Not sure what is wrong with the people that work here but they need to get it together. Never going back to this Starbucks ever again.
